LI-YING's medical waste disposal equipment is based on microwave sterilization technology. The treatment process uses the dual action of microwave and saturated steam to kill harmful bacteria, viruses and other pathogens in medical waste. And it does not produce dioxin and malodorous gases, which are environmentally friendly and efficient.
The microwave sterilization process of LI-YING equipment treats medical waste in four stages:
At point A in the diagram. The automatic loading system of the device lifts the bin containing the medical waste to the feed chamber, the chamber cover opens automatically and the medical waste enters the temporary storage hopper.
At point B in the diagram. Medical waste is poured from the waste bin into the shredding system, the chamber cover closes automatically and the shredding system crushes the medical waste into pieces.
At point C in the diagram. Start the microwave sterilization system and screw conveyor system, after the joint action of microwave and steam, complete the process of medical waste sterilization, and the exhaust gas in the process of treatment is automatically collected and treated.
At point D in the diagram. After the sterilization of the medical waste is completed, it is turned into inert pieces of household waste, which are transported via a conveyor system to the storage container outside the machine.
The four stages are characterized by data acquisition by various sensors, such as position sensors, infrared sensors, temperature sensors, etc. The data is transmitted to a PLC for fully automated control according to program instructions. By choosing LI-YING, you are choosing to save time, energy and costs!
