Time:
The International Day of Charity is celebrated annually on September 5th. And the United Nations has categorized the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into five key areas: People, Planet, Prosperity, Peace, and Partnership, and recognizes the role that businesses play in achieving the goals.
So,on this warm day, LI-YING, as a medical waste disposal equipment company, is committed to interpreting responsibility and accountability through action.
Looking back, from the difficult moments of the epidemic to the silent perseverance in remote areas, every step has gathered our sincerity in guarding health.
In 2020, the Covid-19 epidemic enveloped the world like a dark cloud. We responded quickly by urgently deploying equipment and resources to support frontline hospitals. We donated MDU-5B medical waste disposal equipment to Wuhan Leishenshan Hospital, and other mobile disposal products to other cities.
These equipment were like a solid shield. They guarded the safety of medical staff and patients, and built a solid defense against the epidemic. Beacause we knew that every contribution is the most sincere respect and protection for life.
Additionally, during the pandemic, LI-YING shared its knowledge and experience in medical waste disposal with the world.
For example, our teams participated in the joint preparation and publication of the “Knowledge Reader on Emergency Medical Waste Disposal during Pandemic”. Signed by Rolph Payet, Executive Secretary of the Secretariat of the Basel, Rotterdam and Stockholm Conventions of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), it was released to the parties to the global environmental conventions.
Till now,it has been translated into English, Arabic, Urdu, Nepali and other languages. And the copyright has been exported to 4 continents and 12 countries. Including Egypt, Lebanon, Algeria, Morocco, Indonesia, Cambodia, Nepal, Pakistan, India, Canada and North America.
After that, LI-YING's charitable footsteps did not stop. From the snowy plateau of Tibet (SSE-100 model) to the blue sea of Sansha (MMDU-30 model), we have crossed thousands of mountains and rivers to deliver advanced medical waste treatment equipment to remote areas.
There, medical conditions are limited. But our pursuit and guardianship of health is unlimited. These equipment will not only improve the situation of medical waste disposal in the local areas, but also make the concept of health and environmental protection deeply rooted in people's hearts.
On the occasion of International Charity Day, we would like to continue to pass on this love and responsibility. We call on the community to pay attention to the issue of medical waste disposal.Especially in remote and underdeveloped areas.
Let's work together to protect the earth with the power of science and technology, and warm every corner with the temperature of love.
In the future, we will continue to uphold the concept of “Integrity, Leadership, Focus".And we will continue to research and develop more efficient and environmentally friendly medical waste disposal equipment, contributing to global public health and safety.
On this day full of love, let's look forward to a healthier and better tomorrow!
