Li-Ying not only provides the core sterilization equipment but also offers a one-stop solution, customizing power conditions for destinations, matching equipment for environmental protection measures, and a wider range of automation equipment for selection. We design plant, layout, and cloud management, including matching trash bins. Our technical service team will accompany the equipment to the customer's factory, ensuring seamless installation, commissioning, and training. This comprehensive support guarantees the optimal performance of the equipment and the successful implementation of the project.
The incineration plant was transformed to incorporate Li-Ying’s automated medical waste treatment system. The MDU series microwave sterilizers will replace the outdated incineration equipment that produced polluting gases. The entire plant will be re-engineered to provide eco-friendly, 0 emission, cost-effective, and advanced management solutions for the disposal of hazardous biological waste. This new setup will serve a city with a population of over 2 million, offering a sustainable alternative to traditional incineration methods.
Our engineering team diligently installed exhaust pipelines to connect gas collection and purification systems, complying with local regulations. This included managing gas disposal at critical points such as the waste upload, discharge, and sterilization chamber, ensuring the safety of the entire facility.
On January 2025, the installation and commissioning of the Li-Ying microwave sterilization equipment at the incineration plant were successfully completed. As is customary, our engineers provided thorough training to the customer’s employees. The staff at the incineration plant praised the cleaning technology of the Li-Ying sterilizer, its advanced integrated automation, and the significant improvement in the working environment. They are all geared up and ready to make 2025 a productive year.

The MDU-10B, a flagship product of Li-Ying, is designed for the harmless disposal of medical waste classified as infectious, traumatic, and pathological waste. It features a treatment capacity of 600kg/h or 6000l/h, with dimensions of 12,000mm (L) x 2,900mm (W) x 3,300mm (H). The equipment operates with a 170KW installed power including all core generators and requires a space of 75 m² (15,000mm x 5,000mm x 5,600mm).
The process involves feeding the waste into a pre-storage hopper, shredding it into small pieces, sterilizing it with microwave and steam, and then discharging the sterilized waste. The entire process is automated and controlled with a single touch, ensuring ease of operation and minimal environmental impact.
